Can I cancel the clean I have booked for tomorrow and not be charged?
Yes, you can cancel anytime but we do require at least 1 hour’s notice.
If my domestic cleaner is sick what happens?
We can arrange for a replacement cleaner as soon as one becomes available.
Is there a holding fee when I go away?
No holding fees apply and best efforts are made to keep your preferred home help provider available on your return.
Do I provide the equipment and products to regularly clean my home?
Yes, we use whatever you would normally use to clean your home. For hygiene reasons we do not carry equipment between houses. However, if you need us to provide products or equipment, just let us know.
What equipment do you use for end of lease and carpet cleaning?
We use our products and equipment.

Is your service covered by insurance?
Yes, clients are covered up to 20 million dollars public liability and the staff are covered by workers’ compensation insurance.
I am eligible for workers’ compensation cleaning – do I have to pay?
We are able to directly bill your insurance so you do not have to worry about another bill to pay.
